P.E. by TI Fitness and Sports Performance (4th-7th Grades)
TI Fitness and Sports Performance was founded by Terrance Johnson in 2009. Terrance and his wife and business partner provided strength training to our founder, Brooke, for many years. TI is a family-owned business that has helped dozens of elite local young athletes excel in their sport.
This class helps students build strength, coordination, and confidence through age-appropriate strength training. Using bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and light equipment, students will learn proper technique and safe movement patterns in a supportive, non-competitive environment. This class is a great complement to any sport or physical activity students pursue outside of PATH—whether it’s soccer, dance, climbing, or martial arts—by improving foundational strength and helping prevent injuries.
P.E. by Sportball (K-3rd Grades)
At Sportball we have fun with purpose! Who said sports and science don’t go together? Our research-backed approach uses the power of fun to instill life lessons and promote physical literacy. We have one goal at Sportball: to help kids gain the confidence and competence they need to stay active for a lifetime. Every Sportball program is designed to nurture healthy minds and bodies through fun-filled activities that kids get pumped for every week! Through our program children will not only learn sports skills but will improve their physical literacy, social skills, and gross motor development. The students will learn 8 major sports (Soccer, Basketball, Football, Volleyball, Hockey, Golf, Baseball and Tennis) throughout the school year. Each month we will be focusing on a specific sport and the skills in each through fun games, drills, and scrimmages.
